Guarantee and Returns
Toland Home Garden is committed to providing the best quality merchandise at the best price. All Toland Home Garden products are guaranteed free from manufacturing defects. Please inspect your shipment upon its arrival. Should you receive a damaged or defective product, email our Customer Service Department (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 10 days of receipt of order for replacement or credit. All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods.
All returns must have prior authorization from our Customer Service Department. Return Authorization number and call tag must appear on outside of box. Returns must be received by Toland Home Garden within 30 days of receipt of original order. All unauthorized returns will be refused.
