Toland Home Garden Policies

ORDER MINIMUMS
First orders $250.00 minimum, subject to account approval (see TERMS below). Reorders $100 minimum

TERMS
The full amount of each invoice is due and payable net 30 days from date of shipment, unless otherwise stated. Shipments may be suspended if payment is not received within the specified time. Credit authorization is revocable at any time at the discretion of Toland Home Garden. In case of payment default, the customer agrees to pay 1.5% finance fees, 25% collection fees, court costs and attorney fees when necessary. Use of this account acknowledges acceptance of these terms and conditions. Credit application will be required for determining eligibility for credit terms. New accounts require approximately two weeks to process before release of shipment. Toland Home Garden is a member of several credit reporting groups, sharing credit information with other businesses in the gift sale industry.

DELIVERY TIME
Orders will typically be shipped within ten working days.

FREIGHT
FOB Toland Home Garden. We ship from two locations Ð hard goods and accessories from Washington State, flags and mats from North Carolina. Freight charges for hard goods will be capped at 20% of order. Shipping and handling charges will apply to all orders shipping from NC. Shipments up to 200 lbs. will ship via UPS. Shipments over 200 lbs. will ship via common carrier. Oversized shipping charges may apply to Flag Poles, Arbors, Garden Flag Stands and Displays. Shipping and handling charges may be applied on collect and third party shipments.

GUARANTEE
Toland Home Garden is committed to providing the best quality merchandise at the best price. All Toland Home Garden products are guaranteed free from manufacturing defects. Please inspect your shipment upon its arrival. Should you receive dam- aged or defective product, call our Customer Service Department within 10 days of receipt of order for a replacement or credit.

RETURN POLICY
Please inspect your shipment upon its arrival. All claims should be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. All returns must have prior authorization from our Customer Service Department. Return Authorization number and call tag must appear on outside of box. Returns must be received by Toland Home Garden within 30 days of receipt of original order. All unauthorized returns will be refused.

BACKORDERS
Backorders will be shipped without notification within 90 days of original ship date, unless a cancellation date is specified. All backorders under $50.00 will be automatically canceled. Please submit these items on your next order.
